Step by step Recipe :

1.Jackfruit (kathal ) – 500 grams
(Cut and washed )
2. Heat 1/4 cup of mustard oil
3.Add kathal and fry it.
4.Fry the kathal on medium flame
5. Fry it till it turns golden brown
6. ⁠Heat 5 tbsp of oil again
7. Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp
8. ⁠Bay leave – 2
9. ⁠Black cardamom – 2
10. ⁠Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
11. ⁠Green chilli – 1 tbsp
12. ⁠Crushed ginger garlic – 2 tbsp
13. ⁠Onion – 1 cup
14. ⁠Fry it for 5 mins
15. ⁠Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
16. ⁠Chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
17. ⁠Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
18. ⁠Coriander powder – 3/4 tbsp
19. ⁠Garam masala – 1 tsp
20. ⁠Kitchen king masala – 1 tsp
21. ⁠Mix it well
22. ⁠Tomato paste – 1/2 cup
23. ⁠Cook it for 8 mins
24. ⁠Add fried kathal
25. ⁠Salt to taste
26. ⁠Mix it well
27. ⁠Cook it for
28. ⁠Cook it for 18-20 mins
29. ⁠Check it in between
30. ⁠Ghee – 1 tbsp
31. ⁠Coriander leaves
32. ⁠Turn off the flame
33. ⁠Ready to serve
