सैंडविच तो हम ब्रेड से ही बनाकर खाते है, पर एकबार आप ये बिना ब्रेड की हेल्थी सेंडविच बनाये, बच्चो तो क्या बड़ो को भी पता नहीं चलेगा की बिना ब्रेड से बनी है.

Ingredients –

For Prepare the Batter

2½ Cup Moong Sprouts
As required Water
As per taste Salt
¼ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Chilli Flakes
¼ Cup Besan/Gram Flour
Pinch of Fruit Salt/Eno

For Prepare the Stuffing

1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Capsicum
100 grams Fresh Crumbled Paneer
2 tbsp Sandwich Green Chutney
1 Grated Cheese Cube
As per taste Salt
½ tsp Chaat Masala
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp Chilli Flakes

As required Ghee (For Grease the Sandwich Maker)

Serve it with Tomato Ketchup
