Ingredients –
2-3 – tsp Oil
500 gms – Okra (cleaned)
1 – Onion (sliced)
2 cups – Curd
2-3 tbsp – Gram Flour
Salt – (as per taste)
½ tsp – Turmeric Powder
Water – (as required)
2 tsp – Oil
3 – Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
1-inch – Cinnamon Stick
4 – Cloves
10-12 – Garlic Cloves (peeled)
4 – Green Chillies (slit)
