Ingredients:

Salt to taste
Cumin seeds-1 tbspn
Saunf- 1 tbspn
Green Cardamom-1/2 tsp
Cloves-1/2 tsp
Black Cardamom-2
Star anise -1-2
Cinnamon-1
Bayleaf-2-3
Ginger garlic paste-1 healed tsp or you can use fresh
Ginger2inch and garlic cloves-7-8
Black pepper-1 tsp
Nutmeg-1/8th tsp
Mace-3-4
Chicken-900gms

Pulao:

Basmati Sella Rice -700 gms
Cooking Oil—1 cup
Bayleaf-2
Cinnamon-1
Black pepper-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Onion-2
Ginger garlic paste-1 heaped tspn
Add Chicken
Yoghurt-1/2 cup
Green chilly paste-1 tbspn
Coarse crushed coriander seeds-2 tbspn
Chilli flakes-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Chopped Cilantro and mint leaves
Tomato slices
Lemon slices
Green chilly-4-5
Orange Food Colour
Biryani or kewda essence -few drops
Desi ghee-2 tbspn
