5 green cardamom
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp melon seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1/4 cup rose petals
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
Pinch of jaifal powder
1 tsp saffron / turmeric powder
