INGREDIENTS
Aata 2 bowl
Lauki 1
Ghee
salt acc. to taste
chill power 1teaspoon
coriander powder 1teaspoon
Garm masala 1/2 tsp
Gram flour ( besan ) 3tsp
preparation – 10 min
cooking- 20 min
serving- 5-6 people

Peel off bottle guard and grate it
remove excess water from grated lauki
kneed a soft atta dough
now take lauki and add all the masalas and besan
stuffing is ready
make a roti and fill the stuffing as shown in the video .
now put the paratha on tawa
flip once it turns golden brown
put ghee , flip and cook it until golden brown
The same way make all parathas
your paratha is now ready to serve
