INGREDIENTS-

A) Main Ingredients :
1 Tbsp roasted peanuts
1 Tsp Grated Ginger
1 medium size chopped onion
2 Dried Red Chilies
2 Slit Green Chilies
1 Tsp washed Urad dal (not soaked)
1 Tsp washed Chana Dal (not soaked)
8-9 Curry Leaves
1 Tsp Small Mustard Seeds (rai)
4 Large Size Boiled Mashed Potatoes

B) PREPARATION PART :
2 Tbsp Oil
Small Mustard Seeds (rai)
Dried Red Chilies
Slit Green Chilies
Washed Urad dal (not soaked)
Washed Chana Dal(not soaked)
Curry Leaves
( FRY ON LOW FLAME )
Grated Ginger
Medium size chopped onion
Roasted peanuts
( FRY UNTIL ONION STARTS TO SWEAT AND TURNS PINK ON LOW MEDIUM FLAME )
Add Mashed potatoes
1 tbsp haldi/turmeric powder
( FRY FOR ABOUT 2 MINS ON MEDIUM FLAME )
Salt as per taste
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
3 Tbsp water
( Fry For About 1-2 Mins on Low Flame )
( COVER & COOK for about 1 min on low flame )

DOSA STUFFING IS READY
