Welcome to “Jyoti’s Perfect Platter”.
In this video we are making a very light, healthy and tasty snack with Jowar/Sorghum/white millet, using very less oil. You can store it in an airtight jar and enjoy this snack for over a month.
To make your own Perfect Platter of this spicy snack, you will require the following ingredients :
* 2 cups of puffed sorghum (ज्वार का मुरमुरा)
* 1 cup of flattened rice (चिवड़ा/पोहा)
* 1/2 cup peanuts (मूँगफली)
* 2 tbs clarified butter (घी)
* 1 cup foxnuts (मखाना)
* 1/4 cup cashew nuts (काजू)
* 1/4 cup raisins (किशमिश)
* 1/2 ts mustard seeds (सरसों)
* 1/2 ts cumin seeds (जीरा)
* 2 green chillies (हरी मिर्च)
* 10-12 curry leaves (करी पत्ता)
* 1/2 ts turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* 1 ts salt (नमक)
* 1/2 ts black salt (काला नमक)
* 1/2 ts chilli powder (मिर्च पाउडर)
* 1/2 ts black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* 1/2 ts dry mango powder (अमचुर)
