शिमला मिर्च – Capsicum – 2 no (150 grams)

अदरक – Ginger – 1/2 inch
दही – Curd – 1/2 cup
बेसन – Gram flour – 1 tsp

जीरा – Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
हींग – Asafoetida – 1 pinch
हल्दी पाउडर – Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
धनिया पाउडर – Coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
कसूरी मेथी – Fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
नमक – Salt – 3/4 tsp
