Ingredients for 500 gm Chicken (Curry Cut)
3 Large Onion (Sliced, light fried add whole spices 2 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon, 6 green cardamom stick, add some water cover it 15 minutes and blended)
For curd paste :
20 boil Cashew Nut, put on 200gm curd, add powder spices 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, then grind thik paste.
For Chicken Marination: 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt, keep for an hour.
