RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
Oats – 1/4 cup
Milk/almond milk/coconut milk – 1 cup
Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder – 1/4 tsp
Honey/sweetner of your choice – 1 tsp
Any fruit – 1
Dry fruits – 2 tbsp

METHOD
•In a bowl mix oats,milk,chia seed & cinnamon powder.
keep this mixture in refrigerator for overnight.

•Now add chopped fruits & nuts into the soaked oats.

•Your delicious & nutritious breakfast is ready.
