Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 homemade coconut Milk
4 dryfruit nuts
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
lA handful of mixed dry fruits (such as chopped almonds, walnuts, raisins, dried sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dates and fruits.
Instructions:
In a bowl or container, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, coconut Milk, honey Stir well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Add the mixed dry fruits and fruits to the mixture and stir again.
Cover the bowl or container with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4-6 hours, to allow the mixture to thicken and the flavors to meld.
Before serving, give the pudding a good stir. If it’s too thick, you can add a splash of milk to loosen it up to your desired consistency.
