Tandoori chicken tikka is a popular Indian and Pakistani dish that is made by marinating chicken pieces in a mixture of yogurt and spices, and then grilling or baking them until they are cooked through. Recipe Ingredients :
1st marination :
Chicken legs : 3
Salt : 1 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Lemon juice : 1 lemon
Now rest it for 30 minutes!
2nd marination :
Spices for marination:
Yogurt : 3 tbsp
Green chili paste : 5 to 6
Red chili powder : 1 tbsp
Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Crushed chili : 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder : 1 tsp
Chaat masala powder : 1 tsp
Food colour : 1/4 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Now cover it and rest it for 2 hours!
Frying:
Oil / Butter : 2 tbsp
Cover it and cook it on medium low flame for 8 to 10 minutes!
Foil paper
Coal
Oil drops : 1 to 2
Turn off the flame, Cover it and rest it for 2 minutes!
