In today’s video I am sharing a recipe on how to make delicious Soya Chaap Korma at home. It is a delightful dish for dinner time which one can enjoy with rice and roti. If one is bored with chole and paneer then they have the option of Soya Chaap to explore. It is a vegetarian dish but suitably challenges Chicken Tikka Masala due to its delicious unique flavor . The Soya Chaap korma can be easily prepared at home at one’s convenience with masala easily available at home. This dish may be served hot during family get together . Ingredients for Masala Paste
1. Garlic – 68 gms
2. Ginger – 28 gms
3. Dry Red Chilli (Soaked in warm water) – 20 nos
4. Cardamom – 3 nos
5. Clove – 3 nos
6. Cinamon small stick
7. Star Flower small piece
8. Black pepper 1 Tsp
9. Mace – few

1. Fried Onion – 1 cup
2. Oil – 4 tbsp
3. Cumin seed – 1 tsp
4. Bay leaf – 3 nos
5. Red Chilli – 3 nos
6. Masala Paste – 3 Tbsp
7. Tomato Puree – 200 gms
8. Turmeric – 1 tsp
9. Coriander Power – 1 Tsp
10. Cumins Powder – 1 Tsp
11. Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
12. Black Pepper – 1 Tsp
13. Sugar – 1/2 Tsp
14. Salt to taste
15. Fried Soya Chaaps
16. Green Chilli 6 nos
17. Water 2 cup
18. Coriander leaves (Chopped) – 1/4 cup
