Ingredients for Sabudana Paratha & Poori for Vrat
साबूदाना – Sabudana – 1 cup (200 grams)
आलू – Potato – 3 no, boiled (250 grams)
अदरक मिर्च पेस्ट – Ginger chilli paste – 1 tsp
काली मिर्च – Black pepper – 1/2 tsp, crushed
सेंधा नमक – Himalayan salt – 1/2 tsp
हरा धनिया – Coriander – 1-2 tbsp
जीरा – Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
और घी तलने के लिये
and Ghee for frying

For Chutney
हरा धनिया – Coriander – 1 cup
हरी मिर्च – Green chilli – 2 no
अदरक – Ginger – 1/2 inch
नींबू – Lemon – 1/2 no
जीरा – Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
सेंधा नमक – Himalayan salt – 1/2 tsp
