For Brown fried rice
Ingredients:
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Spring onion 1 tbsp
• Garlic 1 tbsp
• Carrot ½ cuup
• Mixed bell peppers ½ cup
• Sweet corn 12up
• Soy sauce 1tsp
• Vinegar 1tsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper a pinch
• Sugar 1tsp
• Cooked brown rice 1cups
• Spring onion greens 1 tbsp
Method:
• Heat oil in a wok, add spring onions and garlic, sauté on medium flame for a minute.
• Add the veggies and cook them for 2 minutes on high flame.
• Add the sauces, salt, black pepper and sugar, cook on high flame for a minute.
