Raw Papaya Salad
Ingredients:
• Half Papaya, grated
• Two teaspoons Coconut oil
• Half lemon
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• Two teaspoons Groundnut
• Two teaspoons Cashew nuts
• Two teaspoons dry grapes
• Two teaspoons grated coconut
• 1 green chilli
• Salt to taste
Method:
1. Take half of a raw papaya, peel, and grate it. Mix in salt and let it sit for 1 hour.
2. Later, squeeze out the water and sauté it in a little oil for 5 minutes.
3. Coarsely grind a green chili with grated coconut.
4. In a little oil, fry groundnuts, cashews, and grapes. Mix everything.
5. Sprinkle coriander leaves and lemon juice.
